1. The service

SSM Buddy is a simulator of assignments to Italian medical specialty schools (SSM), provided by Ssm Buddy Şirketi, Napoli, Italia.

SSM Buddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Ministry of University and Research (MUR), Cineca or any public body.

2. Only a simulation

Results are simulations and estimates, not official results. They are based on the places published by the MUR, on the choices entered by users and, for candidates who do not use the app, on choices estimated by a statistical model. Estimates may be wrong.

The only official assignments are those published by the competent authorities. We advise you not to change your official choices based only on the colour or probability shown in the app.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18.
• You may have only one account and enter only your own real position and score.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Entering false data or someone else's position distorts the simulation for everyone: in such cases we may remove the position or suspend the account.

4. Fair use

You may not try to access other users' data, overload the service, copy its data automatically or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Questions and study tools

Questions come from the official papers published by the MUR and are offered for practice only; the correct answer is the one given in the official paper. Study sessions and answers stay on your device.

6. Paid features

Some features may be paid. Price and content are shown before purchase, which takes place through the App Store or Google Play. Details, including withdrawal and refunds, are on the Payments and refunds page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of estimates.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the simulations. This limitation does not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Profilo section. We may discontinue the service, giving notice in the app where possible.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app.

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
