Delete your account

In short

  • You can delete your account and all your data at any time, directly from the app.

From the app (recommended)

  • Open SSM Buddy and sign in.
  • Go to Profilo (Profile).
  • Tap "Elimina account" (Delete account) and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. Before that, if you like, you can save a copy with Profilo → Scarica i miei dati.

Without the app

Write to info@ssmbuddy.com from your account email address, with the subject "Delete account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Email and password.
  • Position, score and choices.
  • Simulation results.

Backups are overwritten within 30 days. We keep only data the law requires us to keep (for example tax records, if you made purchases). Study and quiz data is only on your phone: it is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Purchases

Deleting your account does not refund purchases. See Payments and refunds.
